What did you want to be when you were younger?

A dancer, an illustrator, a comic book artist, a vet, a rockstar and there even was a martial arts phase! But honestly I’m so happy that I ended up in a creative environment. Creativity has always been a part of my life.

Years working in recruitment?

Just over 5 years.

Year you joined Framestore?

2024.

How do you like your coffee?

Bottomless oat milk flat white.

What superhero power would you love to have?

Telekinesis! It’s one of the most fascinating powers. The ability to move, control, or manipulate objects and forces with the mind - even the sky is not the limit!

What's your favourite Framestore project?

There’s so many to choose from! I love Blade Runner 2049 but from the most recent ones “Together” is such a fun project.

Number one tip for an application to impress you?

The best applications are clear, honest, and feel real. Just be yourself, and take a bit of time to actually learn about the company you're applying to—it really shows. Personal touches can make a big difference. I remember one cover letter where someone added a funny little detail, which spoke to the recruiter’s profile. It was small, but it showed they'd done their homework and made the whole thing stick.

For portfolios, I love seeing shot breakdowns. It's always cool to see how a final piece came together and what part you played in it. That extra bit of context helps a lot.
